RoIP is the integration of VoIP technology into a two-way radio. In other words, it is a technology that uses the capabilities of the Internet (closed network) to build a network and organize communication between subscribers. One of the varieties of RoIP communication is PoC communication.
PoC is a PTT call over a cellular network. In other words, it is a technology that uses a broadband cellular network and a broadband WiFi network to build a network and organize communication between subscribers. This technology is able to provide reliable and secure communication over long distances without deploying a radio infrastructure.
DMR - Digital Mobile Radio is an open standard for digital radio communications developed and described by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) in 2005.

Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) is a digital radio standard for Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) users developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and first ratified in 2005. DMR technology assumes the use of 2-slot TDMA mode using one 12.5 kHz wide radio channel to provide two communication channels. Currently, the standard is divided into several levels:
Tier One: Tier I - Entry-level, low-power man-portable radios with a small number of channels and a fixed antenna for use without repeaters, additional antennas, and without authorization or registration with radio control authorities. The main area of use is private (personal) negotiations on vacation, at home, in small businesses and in the private sector.
Second level: Tier II - Automobile, stationary and portable radio stations for professional radio communication using repeaters, antenna-feeder systems and intra-structural communications. Level 2 is designed for consumers who need the use of digital services for voice and data transmission over unlimited territories and distances. The main area of use is large enterprises, government agencies, security agencies, and rapid situational response agencies.
Tier III: Tier III - Professional vehicular, fixed and portable radios for radio communications using Tier 2 capabilities and using radio trunking technology. Level 3 is designed for consumers who need the greatest return on the use of the radio frequency spectrum in the presence of a large number of subscribers in the radio network, and a significant information load on the communication network. The main scope is similar to Level 2.
